As part of its commitment to enhancing quality standards and consolidating its position as a leading academic institution, Al-Zahraa University held a meeting that brought together the Higher Supervisory Committee and the Central Committee for Institutional Accreditation. The meeting was chaired by the vice President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Zuhair Mohammed Ali Jadu’, and the vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Asst. Prof. Hassan Al-Qazzaz, in the presence of members of the central accreditation committees.

The meeting reviewed the progress of work on the institutional accreditation project and discussed the steps completed toward implementing the approved national requirements and standards. It also addressed the procedures undertaken by the specialized committees to ensure compliance with quality regulations set by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

Emphasis was placed on the importance of completing the required documentation and evidence related to accreditation standards, as well as accelerating the pace of work to meet all requirements within the specified timeframe.

This meeting comes as part and parcel of the University Presidency’s ongoing follow-up to implement institutional accreditation requirements and elevate the academic and administrative performance of the University, in alignment with the highest quality standards. It reflects the University’s commitment to providing a leading educational environment that supports the advancement of higher education in Iraq.
