Under the auspices of the General Secretariat of the Holy Al-Hussain Shrine, and under the supervision of the President of Al-Zahraa University, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, the Continuing Education Center, in cooperation with the Scientific Affairs Department, organized a scientific workshop entitled:

“Promoting Integrity Values and Raising Awareness to Protect Public Funds and Combat Corruption”

The workshop was delivered by Mr. Mushriq Adnan Khudhair, who presented a range of key topics addressing the importance of integrity and transparency within educational and administrative institutions. He also highlighted methods for enhancing awareness among academic staff and students, in addition to discussing practical and scientific mechanisms for reducing corruption and safeguarding public resources.

The workshop emphasized that promoting a culture of integrity extends beyond administrative practices to include the development of a conscious generation capable of exercising social and professional responsibility with the highest levels of honesty and credibility. It also underscored the role of universities as leading educational institutions in reinforcing ethical values and combating negative phenomena within society.

This workshop forms part of a series of initiatives adopted by Al-Zahraa University to enhance knowledge, promote societal awareness, and develop students’ scientific and ethical competencies, in alignment with national directions aimed at building a responsible and conscious society.
