Quality Assurance and University Performance Department at Al-Zahraa University for Women organized a workshop entitled “Performance Evaluation”, presented by Asst. Lect. Raghd Ahmed Hussein. The session delved into the essential elements of the performance evaluation form, offering a comprehensive analysis of its components and methodology. This initiative reflects the Department’s steadfast commitment to upgrading efficiency and quality in staff assessment processes. Through such workshops, Al-Zahraa University seeks to improve employee performance, uphold academic and administrative quality standards, as well as cultivate a productive and well-developed University environment.
