Entire Qur’anic Recitation Round for Dormitory Female Students throughout the Holy Month
The holy Book of Allah Almighty, inscribed with divine words, is verily spring to the hearts and serenity to the souls. For the fifth consecutive year, and under the aegis of Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani , President of Al-Zahraa University for Women, Dormitory Affairs Department has organized the annual edition of Ramadan Qur’anic Khatmah, (entire Quran recitation) specifically for dormitory female students. The initiative comes as part and parcel of the University’s spiritual program, which aims to cultivate a faith-filled environment among female students and to enrich the nights of the holy month through Qur’anic recitation and contemplation. The recitation sessions have seen enthusiastic participation from female students creating an atmosphere imbued with faith and appreciation of the beauty of Qur’anic verses. Traditionally, the recitation round was held daily at the University’s prayer hall, as each session concluded with collective supplications and the recitation of special Ramadan Adhkar (remembrances). It is worth mentioning that such activities are crucial in nurturing spiritual values within the University community.
