Human Potential as Pillar of Academic Innovation and National Progress

In its continued efforts to promote academic dialogue and uphold human-centered values, Al-Zahraa University for Women hosted the Second Dialogue Conference, organized by the Iraqi Syndicate for Training and Development. The event was held under the auspices of the representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence Sheikh Abd Al-Mahdi Al-Karbalai, and carried the theme:
"Building the Human Being Is the Foundation of Building the State."

The conference attended by a wide range of academics, experts, and researchers, including the Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Zuhair Mohammed Ali Jidou’. Discussions focused on the development of the Iraqi individual as a cornerstone for state-building. In his keynote address on behalf of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein, Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Saeed Al-Hayawi, President of the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa, emphasized the importance of youth empowerment, supporting scientific programs, and fostering innovation to equip individuals with the skills necessary for progress and elevating Iraq’s scientific and social standing.

Academic dialogue and human development remain central to the vision of the institutions affiliated with the Holy Shrine. Al-Zahraa University continues to dedicate itself to providing an educational environment grounded in solid intellectual and scientific foundations—aiming to raise awareness, enhance capabilities, and contribute to building a brighter future for the nation.
