Prof. Dr. Ghaida’ Abd Al-Hussein Al-Mulla, Dean of Engineering and Information Technology Faculty represented Al-Zahraa University for Women, in the scientific symposium entitled “Towards Comprehensive Sustainability: Environmental Management and Cosmic Identity,” organized by Excellence Centre for Creativity and Development at the American University in Baghdad, in cooperation with the Institute for Continuous Education. The symposium highlighted the significance of promoting concepts of cosmic identity, the role of women in educational and social systems, environmental management strategies, as well as the activation of community awareness and literacy eradication. Dr. Al-Mulla’s participation affirmed the University’s commitment to supporting intellectual and humanitarian issues that advance society, along with enhancing women’s academic presence in purposeful scientific forums. Such academic engagements are considered central to the University’s strategic objectives, aiming to strengthen academic cooperation and cultural presence with educational institutions both locally and internationally, ultimately contributing to the advancement of the scientific movement in Iraq.
