A scientific panel was organized by the Faculty of Pharmacy at Al-Zahraa University, in cooperation with the Continuous Education Center at the University. Under the aegis of Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, President of Al-Zahraa University for women and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Noor Hatif Al-Dabbagh, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy and the participation of a selected group from the senior tutors at the Faculty along with scientific staff members, the Faculty of Pharmacy organized as part of its scientific plan for continuous education, a discussion panel on the importance of plant extracts according to pharmacodynamics. The workshop, which was moderated and discussed by Dr. Farid Mohammed Qabbani, aimed to present the importance of plant extracts according to pharmacodynamics. The way plant extracts affect the body's vital systems is often misunderstood, hence several considerations must be taken into account before starting to apply plants in medicinal treatment.
