The Department of Radiology Techniques at the Faculty of Health and Medical Technologies organized a visit for its students and staff to the "Females are life" museum in the tourist city of Hammurabi in Babylon Governorate. The city is characterized by an array of ancient antiques and diverse heritage between Arab and foreign. The visit aimed to learn about the museum's collections, which included a library and pavilions for heritage works that showcase the historical roles of women in Mesopotamian civilization.
The visit came as part of the recreational trip activities organized by the Department to the tourist resort of Babylon on Wednesday, October 23, 2024. Such recreational activities are considered an effective way to improve memory and concentration, as they help reduce psychological stress and promote a sense of optimism, paving the way for success and academic excellence.
