The program addressed a comprehensive set of themes designed to support students and graduates in understanding systematic approaches to job searching beginning with preparing an introductory letter that reflects their professional identity, moving to the development of a well-structured, workplace-aligned CV, and highlighting the personal and academic competencies that enhance competitiveness in the job market.

The course also shed light on the most common mistakes made in writing CVs and offered practical solutions to avoid them. Participants engaged with applied models and hands-on exercises aimed at helping them build complete professional portfolios and strengthen their presentation and communication tools when applying for job opportunities.

This course forms part of a broader series of programs implemented by the university to support the professional pathways of its students and to develop their skills in alignment with the university’s vision of women’s empowerment. It contributes to creating an academic environment that prepares graduates capable of meeting the challenges of the labor market with confidence and competence.
