The College of Pharmacy / University Psychological Counseling Unit Holds an Awareness and Guidance Lecture

The College of Pharmacy, in cooperation with the University Psychological Counseling Unit, organized an awareness and guidance lecture entitled “Adapting to University and Social Changes: Successful Strategies.”
The lecture was delivered by lecturer Asst. Lecturer Zainab Al-Sharoufi and attended by female students.

The lecture addressed the most prominent challenges faced by students during their university stage, and discussed methods of positive adaptation to academic and social changes. It also highlighted practical strategies that promote mental health and support psychological and social balance.
