Scientific Cooperation Agreement Between the Colleges of Engineering & Information Technology and Pharmacy at Al-Zahra University (PBUH)

As part of Al-Zahra University for Girls’ initiative to enhance scientific integration and develop internal academic partnerships, a scientific twinning and cooperation agreement was signed between the College of Engineering and Information Technology and the College of Pharmacy.

The agreement, signed by Prof. Dr. Ghaidaa Al-Malla, Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology, and Prof. Dr. Noor Hatf Al-Dabbagh, Dean of the College of Pharmacy, aims to unify scientific and research efforts between the two colleges. It supports collaboration in scientific research, interdisciplinary joint projects, co-supervision of student research and projects, as well as the exchange of scientific and technical expertise among faculty members. Additionally, it seeks to develop supportive courses or study modules that integrate both engineering and pharmaceutical disciplines, in accordance with approved university frameworks and regulations.

The agreement also includes organizing joint workshops, seminars, and scientific conferences, supporting innovation, applied research, and entrepreneurship, and developing engineering and technological solutions serving pharmaceutical and medical applications. It further encompasses joint student activities that enhance students’ skills and promote knowledge integration, ultimately contributing to the educational process and reinforcing the university’s role in serving the community.
