In pursuit of strengthening academic and scientific cooperation between Al-Zahraa University and international educational institutions, the University Presidency received an official delegation from the Republic of Tunisia, headed by Professor Habib Al-Fadhlawi, on a formal visit aimed at learning about the institutions of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein, and exploring future opportunities for cooperation in the educational, cultural, and research fields.
During the visit, the delegation was received by the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, where a comprehensive overview was presented on the university’s history, its journey in developing higher education, the various academic programs offered by its faculties, as well as its research achievements and innovative projects that have contributed to enhancing the university’s standing at both the local and international levels.
For his part, Professor Habib Al-Fadhlawi praised the scientific and research-oriented approach adopted by Al-Zahraa University, affirming the Republic of Tunisia’s commitment to developing mechanisms of joint cooperation between universities, particularly in the fields of scientific research, academic expertise exchange, and the organization of joint scientific events.
At the conclusion of the visit, both sides expressed their aspiration to strengthen future frameworks of cooperation, including the exchange of scientific expertise, encouragement of research and innovation, and the consolidation of cultural relations, contributing to reinforcing the university’s position as a leading educational institution and building strategic partnerships at the international level.
