A delegation from Al-Zahraa University for Women, headed by Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, the University President, visited the General Secretariat of Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, where Al-Hajj Hassan Rashid Al-Abayji, the Secretary-General, received them.

During the meeting, Al-Abayji was briefed on the University’s most prominent academic and research achievements, as well as the tangible progress made in developing educational programmes, enhancing the quality of scientific research, and empowering female students across various academic fields.

Additionally, His Excellency highlighted the University’s leading role in preparing distinguished scientific cadres, commending its efforts in women’s empowerment and in strengthening their academic presence, and praising the University’s adherence to academic standards and institutional quality.

For their part, the University Presidency and Council members expressed their gratitude and appreciation for the support provided by Imam Hussein Holy Shrine to educational institutions, affirming the University’s commitment to expanding avenues of cooperation in ways that serve the community and strengthen the progress of higher education in the country.
