Under the auspices of the Holy Shrines and the Shiite Endowment Diwan, the grounds of the Baghdad International Fair hosted the launch of the fourth edition of the Ain Al-Hayat Festival, organized by Al-Qabas Cultural Foundation under the supervision of His Eminence Sheikh Tariq Al-Baghdadi, and attended by His Eminence Saied Ahmed Al-Safi, the Legal Custodian of the Imam-Abbas Holy Shrine.

Al-Zahraa University recorded an active and distinguished participation in the festival alongside a select group of academic, religious, and cultural institutions, within the framework of its mission to disseminate knowledge and consolidate Islamic and national identity.

The University’s participation encompassed a variety of scientific and engineering activities presented by students, reflecting the applied dimension and academic advancement fostered within the institution. The Department of Art Education also contributed artistic works embodying the aesthetic and cultural spirit of the festival. In addition, the Department of Nahj Al-Balagha and Islamic Education marked a qualitative presence through organizing a religious competition and intellectual activities addressing the thought of Imam Al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his reappearance). This represented the Department’s first specialized initiative of this nature within the University’s festival program.

In this context, the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, affirmed that the University’s participation aims to highlight students’ talents and their capacity for creativity and innovation across engineering, artistic, and intellectual fields. She further emphasized the University’s commitment to linking academic education with authentic cultural and humanitarian values.

The annual Ain Al-Hayat Festival constitutes a renewed cultural framework dedicated to fostering awareness and strengthening identity through the collaboration of academic, religious, and cultural institutions within a knowledge-based environment that integrates scientific, intellectual, and artistic dimensions.
