As part and parcel of a series of official visits hosted by Al-Zahraa University for Women, a delegation from the Iranian Cultural Attaché in Baghdad visited the University campus and toured a number of its departments and academic facilities.
The delegation was received by Prof. Dr. Zainab Abd Al-Hussein Al-Sultani, President of the University, along with several members of the University Council. During the meeting, both parties discussed the importance of continuing the implementation of existing agreements and memoranda of scientific cooperation, as well as strengthening academic collaboration with a number of Iranian universities with which the University has signed mutual memoranda of understanding. The discussions also addressed the challenges facing women amid contemporary intellectual and cultural influences.
