The Council of the College of Education at Al-Zahraa University for Women held a meeting chaired by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Eman Sameer Bahiya, with the participation of council members, employer representatives Dr. Shaheed Kareem Abdulridha and Dr. Mohammed Al-Jawahiri, as well as the student representative, Hasnaa Saad Al-Jiyal.

During the meeting, participants discussed a number of academic and administrative matters aimed at enhancing the educational process and improving the quality of the College’s outcomes. The discussions also focused on aligning academic programs with labor market requirements to better prepare graduates for professional careers and future employment opportunities.

Prof. Dr. Eman Sameer Bahiya emphasized the importance of involving employers and student representatives in discussions related to academic affairs, highlighting their valuable role in strengthening cooperation between the College and the labor market while ensuring that students’ perspectives and suggestions are taken into consideration.

The meeting concluded with an affirmation of the College’s commitment to fostering continuous collaboration with stakeholders and community partners in support of its academic mission and strategic goals.
