The Hussaini service procession and medical detachment of Al-Zahraa University for Women concluded their medical and humanitarian services for pilgrims commemorating the Arbaeen of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), following several days of dedicated service and healthcare provision for a wide range of medical cases.

According to statistics recorded through the electronic system approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, more than 5,000 visitors received services from the medical detachment. These services were provided across its various units, including medical consultations, pharmacy services, physiotherapy, nursing, and wound care and dressing.

Specialized staff at the medical detachment provided pilgrims with medical, healthcare, therapeutic, and advisory services through an integrated system designed to ensure access to essential healthcare throughout their journey. These efforts reflect the University’s humanitarian and community-service role during the Arbaeen pilgrimage season.

The continued organization of the Hussaini procession and medical detachment reflects Al-Zahraa University’s commitment to maintaining its active presence in serving the pilgrims of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), while promoting the values of giving, dedication, and social responsibility alongside its academic and scientific mission.
