The College of Engineering and Information Technology has strengthened its presence in training and digital education by having two of its academic staff successfully complete the fifth course for preparing smart learning platform trainers (IQ-Learn TOT 5), held at Al-Kafeel University in Najaf from 6 to 9 September 2026. The course saw the participation of Mr. Harith Fadel Hussein, a lecturer in the Cybersecurity Engineering Department, and Ms. Sarah Faiz Abdulghani, a lecturer in the Communications and Mobile Computing Engineering Department, representing Al-Zahraa University, as part of a specialised training programme aimed at enhancing academic staff skills in training on digital learning platforms and using their tools in teaching. Completing the course is part of the college's approach to developing the capabilities of its academic staff and boosting their readiness in digital teaching and training, allowing them to apply the skills and expertise gained to support the educational process and transfer knowledge to students and academic staff.
