College of Pharmacy at Al-Zahraa University for Women Strengthens Its International Scientific Presence

Prof. Dr. Saba Fadhil Ali Maalla, a faculty member at the College of Pharmacy, Al-Zahraa University for Women, has been selected as a peer reviewer and scientific evaluator for research papers submitted to several international peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus.

She was selected to contribute to the evaluation of scientific manuscripts submitted to Parasite Epidemiology and Control, a Q2-ranked journal, as well as the Medical Journal Armed Forces India, which is ranked in Q3. Both journals are indexed in the Scopus database.

This selection reflects recognition of her scientific contributions and academic expertise, while further strengthening the presence of Al-Zahraa University for Women’s academic staff within the international scientific peer-review and research evaluation community.

The participation of university faculty members in reviewing research for international journals represents an important step toward supporting the quality of academic publishing and expanding the University’s scientific presence within the global research community.
