The Former Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Abd Al-Razzaq Al-Issawi, Prof. Al-Hajj Hassan Rashid Al-Abayechi, Secretary-General of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrin and Prof. Dr. Zainab Abd Al-Hussein Mulla Al-Sultani, President of Al-Zahraa University for Women  inaugurated a book exhibition held within the University premises to mark the fourth anniversary of its foundation.

The exhibition featured a dedicated section organised by the Central Library Department, alongside a display showcasing the literary and creative works of female students at Al-Zahraa University for Women. It also included a pavilion for author Maha Adel from the Ministry of Youth and Sports and a special section representing Umm Al-Baneen Women’s Library affiliated with the Holy Abbas Shrine.

The said event comes as part and parcel of its commitment to nurturing literary talent, the University sponsored the publication of stories and literary works produced by female students, with the aim of encouraging, supporting, and developing their creative and literary capabilities.
