The Electronic Calculator Department, in cooperation with the Department of Continuing Education at Al-Zahraa University (peace be upon her) for Women, organized a scientific workshop about the hall reservation system and a telephone exchange directory for all administrative and teaching staff at the university. Where it aimed to manage and organize the process of booking the halls within the university and display available and expired seminars by all departments and provide the possibility of reservations so that it does not conflict with the pre- entered timetables and the possibility of adding attachments in each reservation. As well as working with the telephone exchange system with the ability to view and search the available numbers in the telephone exchange and export Excel table or print it according to a specific filter.
