Within a series of specialized scientific courses, a number of female teachers (Eng. Doaa Essam Hadi, Eng. Sahba Hafez Sakban) attended a training workshop that included an in depth discussion about the analysis of measuring blood sugar level and its important types, as well as measuring the level of lipids, in addition to this the most common disorders due to Low levels of iron, vitamin D were also discussed, furthermore some of the most important tests related to the functioning of the liver and kidneys were also emphasized upon. An emphasis was given to the periodic analysis of the above mentioned health related problems. It also focused on the role of healthy eating habits and maintaining the normal proportions of the required nutrients in the human body.

The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Division at Al-Zahraa University for Women, in cooperation with Dr. Huda Al-Amaydi, Head of Arabic Language Department, held a meeting with a delegation from Al-Bayt Al-Saeed Center on Tuesday, February 21, 2023. The delegation included Sheikh Saleh Al-Ibrahim, Educational Counseling Specialist from Saudi Arabia, along with Ms. Maryam Hussein Al-Makki, Child Psychology and Educational Counseling Specialist from Bahrain. During the meeting, participants discussed a range of topics and shared ideas and proposals for cooperation efforts among faculty members. Additionally, the focus was laid on developing programs, workshops, as well as activities designed for female students at Al-Zahraa University for Women.
