The female students of Al-Zahraa University for Women, represented by Team Sanuhyiha, organised a visit to the mausoleum of the Martyr Al-Hajj Al-Muhandis to commemorate the anniversary of his martyrdom and that of his companions. Additionally, the said event was in cooperation with Dr. Jinan Al-Wazni, Head of the University’s Student Activities Department.

The programme was followed by a visit to the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and to the graves of distinguished religious scholars. The visit concluded with a recreational outing and a period of relaxation in one of the public parks in the Holy City of Najaf.

It bears noting that this visit comes as part and parcel of Al-Zahraa University for Women’s commitment to implementing its objectives of fostering appreciation for the exemplary lives of martyrs and distinguished scholars.
