A delegation from the Legal Consultative Center visits Al-Zahraa University (peace be upon her) for Women.
A delegation from the Legal Consultative Center which is related to Authority of Health and University Education visited Al-Zahraa University (peace be upon her) for Women. The delegation was headed by: Prof. Jaber Muhanna Shebl, accompanied by a group of professors of College of Law at Warth AL-Anbiaa University (peace be upon him). They were received by Ms. Nadia Al-Sultani, Head of the Legal Affairs Department. The visit included discussion and dialogue about direct the tasks of the Consulting Center and providing legal advice to the institutions of the Health and University Education Authority, as well as checking the legal contracts between the university and all its workers, including teaching and administrative staff. The visit also included standardizing legal contracts between institutions of Health and University Education Authority and its employers to ensure the rights of all parties. It also included following up the progress of work in the Legal Division by discussing disciplinary measures and investigative issues in accordance with instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and view the archive of transactions. At the end of the visit, the delegation praised the work of the department and the efforts made in it.
