The legal custodian of the Holy Shrine of Hussainiya, Sheikh Abd al-Mahdi al-Karbalai (may his glory last) held a meeting on the sidelines of the Kawthar al-Isma Festival with the delegations participating in the festival from Arab and foreign countries,in the presence of the President of Al-Zahra University (peace be upon her) for women, Prof. Dr. Zainab Mulla Sultani. The meeting included talking about the establishment of the (Umm Abiha Foundation for Studies and Research) concerned with the in depth research on pious and noble attributes of Sayyeda Fatima Al-Zahra (peace be upon her), which includes researchers from different countries of the world, as it embodies the epitome of the human and Islamic personality that serves as a model for all segments. Al-Karbalai (may his glory last) explained the tasks of this institution, which is concerned with various scientific activities, research, investigation, and publication regarding the noble virtues and attributes of the immaculate personality of Zahraa (peace be upon her), as well as how to craft and formulate the Fatimid personality in society in its various segments, and put in place mechanisms to activate the Fatimid missionary role in the movement of society in general. Al-Karbalai (may his glory last) invited the active personalities who bear the Fatimid message to participate in bearing the burdens of the performance and tasks of this institution,from Iraq and abroad, and indicated that this establishment comes in light of the cultural, educational and moral challenges that threaten the family entity and women in general more than before. It is worth noting that the second Kawthar Al-Ismah International Cultural Festival was held under the auspices of the Holy Shrine of Al-Hussainia under the slogan “Fatima Al-Zahra (peace be upon her) the blessing from of heaven and the manifestation of Kawthar with the participation of delegations from (23) Arab and foreign countries. The legal guardian of the Holy Hussain Shrine, Sheikh Abd al-Mahdi al-Karbalai (may his glory last) emphasized while delivering his words of wisdom on “the need to establish the Fatimid Association that is concerned with academic and cultural affairs in general, and that an entire structure, tasks, objectives be established for it in which the teacher is trained before the student, it should be regarded as an important part of student’s affairs,the interest of which lies not only in the cultural aspect, but also in the psychological, cognitive and religious aspects and which will eventually lead in creating integrated personalities among the students. His eminence further discussed “the repercussions and effects that the festival should leave on the personality of every student, every professor, and women in general, and that this event should create awareness and a positive impact on all the other educational institutions of Iraq specifically on the lives of common women. On the occasion marking the birth anniversary of the immaculate and pious Sayyeda Fatima Al-Zahra (peace be upon her), the second Kawthar International Cultural Festival of the Holy Shrine of Al-Hussainia came to an end and concluded its activities and its curriculum for the women’s forum at Al-Zahra University for women,carried under the slogan: “Fatima Zahra(pbuh),a blessing from heaven and manifestation of Kawthar”, on Monday 16/1/2023, at Umm Abiha Hall.
