Delegation from Iraqi Cultural Attaché in Turkey Visits Al-Zahraa University in Preparation for Science Week
As part and parcel of preparations for the upcoming Science Week in Turkey, Al-Zahraa University for Women welcomed a delegation from the Iraqi Cultural Attaché in Turkey. The delegation was headed by Mr. Maysar Mohammed Younis Al-Abadi, Iraqi Cultural Counselor in Ankara, accompanied by Dr. Muath Salem Abdul-Rahman, President of the International Academy for Leadership and Development in Istanbul. The visit included a comprehensive tour of the University’s academic departments, laboratories, as well as scientific facilities. The delegation commended the University’s technological advancements and the significant efforts exerted in upgrading its academic infrastructure. The visit underscored shared commitments to fostering scientific and cultural cooperation between Iraq and Turkey. Additionally, it also reflected a mutual aim to promote educational processes and research through the exchange of expertise and best practices between universities in both countries.
