In a spiritually uplifting event, Al-Zahraa University for Women welcomed His Eminence Sheikh Ahmed Al-Safi for a special religious lecture, held under the generous auspices of the General Secretariat of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), and with the direct supervision of the University President, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani. This lecture was part of the university’s ongoing cultural series aimed at enriching students’ spiritual understanding during the holy month of Ramadan.

The lecture focused on the spiritual significance of Laylat al-Qadr, highlighting the importance of prayer, Qur’an recitation, and supplication during this sacred night. Sheikh Al-Safi encouraged students to make the most of this opportunity through sincere worship and devotion.

Prof. Dr. Al-Sultani also reflected on the dedication of Lady Fatima Al-Zahraa (peace be upon her) during these nights, stressing the university’s role in organizing programs that support students’ spiritual growth.

As a cornerstone of society, the academic institution holds a vital role in promoting Islamic values and spiritual consciousness. Through initiatives like this, Al-Zahraa University continues to empower its students to face life’s challenges with unwavering faith and purpose.
