The Women’s Affairs Division at Al-Zahraa University for Women organized a scientific workshop titled:
"Legal and Administrative Reform to Ensure Women’s Rights in the Workplace",
in cooperation with the Center for Continuing Education and the Legal Affairs Department, and under the aegis of University President Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani.
This initiative reflects the university’s ongoing commitment to promoting legal and administrative awareness of women’s rights in the workplace, while also fostering responsible academic dialogue on building more just and inclusive work environments.
The workshop was led by Asst. Dr. Atheer Nadhem Hussein, who explored the legal and administrative challenges women face in professional settings. He stressed the importance of reforms and regulatory updates to guarantee gender equity and to strengthen women’s roles within academic and administrative institutions.
This workshop is part of a broader series of awareness initiatives undertaken by the University to support women’s professional empowerment and to uphold principles of justice and fairness across all work environments.
