The Department of Dormitory Affairs at Al-Zahraa University for Women organized an awareness workshop entitled (How to avoid silent deterioration of Psychological and Physical Health), held by the Social Research Division, and presented by the two Social Researchers: Asst. Lect. Walla Walled, Asst. Lect. Iman Saleh.
This workshop aimed to highlight the negative factors that affect in a subtle way of psychological and physical health, and clarified ways to prevent them through awareness and building a balanced lifestyle, the workshop included a lot of sides that discussed the importance of social and psychological support, ways to handle stresses, and the effect of daily routine in public health.
This session is part of the sequence of awareness activities organised by the Department of Dormitory Affairs to provide a healthy and safe University environment that contributes to the development of a balanced personality capable of positive interaction with society.
