In accordance with the vision of Al-Zahraa University for Women which gives priority to building female students’ personalities and developing their skills, which helps create effective communications and positive influence on others, the Faculty of Pharmacy held a scientific workshop entitled: (The Art of Public Speaking and How to Deal with Female Students), presented by professors: M. .M. Hussein Ali Qabil, MD. Diaa Rahim Al-Tamimi, M.M. Russell Malik Muhammad, on Wednesday, 4/5/2023, in the Faculty of Pharmacy hall. The workshop included the definition of public speaking and the most important skills that a successful lecturer must possess, including: using body language while speaking, improving the tone of voice and practicing it, not sitting too much in front of the students, and using the rules of etiquette. In addition to explaining the benefits of the art of public speaking, which include: forming relationships, building a family, self-realization, and accomplishing work.
