Arabic Language Department organized a developmental workshop about the concept of self-management and the factors that shape personality presented by (Afnan Al-Asadi), that included an explanation of Maslow's hierarchy for humanity needs, provided a number of important tips and to recognize personal shortcomings to work on it and increase self-confidence, as well as understanding the effect of thoughts on feelings and behavior and directing them in the correct way to achieve self and appreciate accomplishments.
