Under the auspices of the esteemed President of Al-Zahraa University for Women and with the direct supervision of the esteemed Dean of the Faculty of Education, the Department of English Language held a scientific workshop entitled “Strategic Thinking and Planning: Practical Implications.”
The workshop was led by Lect. Ali Khalaf Ja’far, focused on the role of strategic thinking in leading institutions towards success. It further addressed the concept and significance of strategic management, methods of analysing internal and external environments, formulating policies to counter external threats, and strategies for effective implementation.
It is worth mentioning that a slew of the department’s faculty members and female students attended the session. Additionally, it concluded with practical applications tailored to Al-Zahraa University for Women.
