Assistant Professor Shahid Karim Abdul-Ridha, a lecturer in the Arabic Language Department at the College of Education at Al-Zahra University for Women, obtained a PhD from the College of Education for Humanities at the University of Karbala for his dissertation entitled "Linguistic Criticism of Al-Rummani (d. 384 AH) in the Explanation of Sibawayh's Book." The study aimed to shed light on Al-Rummani's commentary on Sibawayh's book and attempt to shed light on the critical contexts he included in his commentary, analyze them, and classify them, seeking to discover the features and characteristics of critical practice.
