The Dean of the College of Education at Al-Zahraa University for Women (PBUH), Prof. Dr. Iman Sameer Bahiyah, participated as the chair of the defense session committee for the master’s thesis of Zahraa Haider Sharbah, a student from the Department of Mathematics, College of Education for Pure Sciences, University of Babylon.
The thesis is entitled:
"On the Convexity of Best Approximation by Neural Networks."

The defense was attended by a number of professors and researchers, where Prof. Dr. Bahiyah enriched the discussion with her precise scientific remarks that contributed to enhancing and developing the research.

This participation reflects Al-Zahraa University for Women’s (PBUH) commitment to strengthening academic and scientific cooperation among Iraqi universities and promoting the exchange of research expertise.
