Al-Zahraa University for Women convened an extensive meeting supervised by Dr. Azhar Al-Zubaidi, the Dean of the Faculty of Education, alongside consultants from the Computing Centre and representatives from the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa. The meeting aimed to discuss the pilot launch of the Al-Siraj Educational Platform, a progressive step towards establishing comprehensive e-governance within the University.

The platform is designed to integrate both scientific and administrative affairs, streamlining the management of academic staff data and providing an automated system for the organisation and sorting of lectures. Furthermore, it serves as a secure digital repository for administrative files related to female student registration and financial affairs.

In preparation for the launch, a comprehensive study was finalised to deploy a dedicated server pre-configured with the necessary data for the pilot phase. Notably, the Al-Siraj platform has been successfully implemented by three local universities previously. Its successful integration at ZUW is viewed as a vital milestone in enhancing digital archiving and e-governance across all University activities, effectively supporting both academic and administrative departments.
