#In Pictures: Highlights from Day Three of Digital Architecture and Smart Programming Week

The activities of Digital Architecture and Smart Programming Week at the College of Engineering and Information Technology continued with a specialized scientific lecture titled: “Challenges and Future Prospects of Digital Architecture”, delivered by Lecturer Sara Hassan Hadi from the Department of Architecture Engineering.

The lecture addressed the أبرز challenges facing digital architecture, including the high costs associated with modern technologies, the lack of specialized expertise in programming and digital design, as well as weak digital infrastructure in some regions.

These factors pose obstacles to rapid development and limit the ability to implement digital solutions in architectural projects.

The lecture also explored the future prospects of this field, emphasizing that integrating programming and advanced design tools into academic curricula is a fundamental step toward preparing a generation capable of keeping pace with digital transformations in the field of architecture.
