The Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology, Prof. Dr. Ghaidaa Al-Malla, received a ministerial committee as part of a program of field visits aimed at monitoring the progress of the examination process in private universities and colleges, and assessing the level of compliance with the approved ministerial instructions.
The visit aimed to audit the master sheets approved within the University Examination Management Guide for undergraduate studies for the academic year (2024–2025), as well as to evaluate the accuracy of procedures used in documenting grades and the extent of compliance by academic and administrative departments with the regulations governing the examination process.
The committee delegation was headed by Mr. M. M. Ali Jawdat Kazem, accompanied by Mr. M. M. Ziyad Hikmat Tobia. The committee began its work by conducting detailed and comprehensive reviews of the college’s examination records, including data entry and verification mechanisms, the level of discipline in organizing and archiving records, as well as matching recorded results with the officially approved forms.
The visit also included a field tour by the delegation inside the examination committees, during which they observed the workflow and adopted organizational procedures. The Dean reaffirmed the college’s commitment to applying the highest standards of accuracy and transparency in managing examinations, in a way that enhances the quality of educational outcomes and strengthens trust in the academic institution.
