Two students from the College of Engineering represent Al-Zahraa University for Women at the University Entrepreneurship Pioneers Forum 2025

Two students from the College of Engineering and Information Technology represented Al-Zahraa University for Women at the University Entrepreneurship Pioneers Forum 2025, which was held at the College of Law, University of Basra, with the participation of students from various provinces of Iraq.

The two students, Aya Al Alu from the Department of Artificial Intelligence Engineering and Rasul Abdulrasool from the Department of Architecture Engineering, took part in the forum’s activities. They were accompanied by the Director of the Student Activities Department at the university, Dr. Aida Aboud Hussein.

The forum lasted for several days and was held under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, and supervised by the Student Activities Department of the Supervision and Scientific Evaluation Authority, Scout Activities Division.

The event included scouting lectures, various trips, marine tours, and a closing ceremony, all within an atmosphere filled with enthusiasm and cooperation. It was attended by the Head of the Ministerial Committee for University Scouts, Dr. Asaad Kazem Al-Khafaji, who awarded the delegation of Al-Zahraa University for Women a shield of appreciation in recognition of its active participation in the event.

This participation reflects the continuous support of the College of Engineering and Information Technology in enhancing students’ skills and building a conscious generation capable of initiative and responsibility within the university environment. It also demonstrates the university’s commitment to supporting student activities that develop students’ personalities and promote leadership, discipline, and teamwork.
