The College of Engineering and Information Technology adopts Artificial Intelligence in creating presentations

Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Zainab Al-Sultani, President of Al-Zahraa University for Women, and the supervision of Professor Dr. Ghaidaa Al-Mulla, Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology, and in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center, the College organized a training workshop entitled: “Preparing Presentations Using Artificial Intelligence.”

The workshop was delivered by Associate Professor Dr. Hiba Jabbar Al-Aqabi, Head of the Artificial Intelligence Engineering Department and Acting Head of the Architecture Engineering Department. She presented the latest techniques used in building intelligent presentations and offered a comparison between traditional methods and modern AI-supported approaches, highlighting their role in saving time and improving the quality of visual and narrative content.

The workshop included a live practical demonstration on creating a presentation within seconds using AI tools, based on three main elements: generative text, visual effects, and narrative structure. Participants were also trained on using Gamma.app to produce professional presentations quickly and efficiently.

The workshop concluded with an interactive discussion on the importance of integrating artificial intelligence into academic skills and supporting students in delivering high-quality visual content that meets the demands of the present and the future.
