Towards a Smart University System… College of Engineering Enhances Operational Efficiency with SIS
Under the patronage of the President of Al-Zahra University for Girls, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Sultani, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology, Prof. Dr. Ghaidaa Al-Malla, the college organized a scientific workshop titled “Student Data Migration and Troubleshooting the Information System” as part of the university’s initiative to enhance automation and develop its electronic systems.
The workshop was presented by Eng. Ali Muhammad Reda Kamel, a member of the ministerial committee for the automation project, alongside the technical support team composed of Abdullah Waddah, Ahmed Salah, and Ali Shabbat. The workshop highlighted the technical and procedural aspects of the information system and its processing mechanisms.
The workshop included practical guidance on migrating student data across academic levels, addressing common technical issues within the system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and discussing challenges faced by registration staff. This contributes to enhancing operational efficiency and achieving a fully integrated digital university environment.
