Under patronage of President of Al-Zahraa University for Women, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Sultani, and supervision of Dean of College of Health and Medical Technologies, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ali Al-Khafaji, Department of Anesthesia Techniques organized a scientific workshop titled “Preparation of Intravenous Anesthetic Drugs.” The workshop was delivered by lecturer Dr. Saifullah Hossam Ghazi.

The workshop introduced most common intravenous anesthetic drugs used in medical practice, explaining preparation methods and correct administration techniques. It also highlighted necessary precautions during use to ensure patient safety and achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.

In addition, the workshop focused on practical aspects related to use of these drugs in operating rooms and intensive care units, contributing to development of scientific and practical skills of students and healthcare staff in field of anesthesia.

The workshop was attended by a number of students and interested participants who actively engaged through questions and scientific discussions, enriching dialogue and enhancing overall benefit.
