As part of the efforts of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to enhance the quality of academic performance and ensure compliance with ministerial regulations and guidelines, Al-Zahraa University received a specialized ministerial committee as part of a field-visit program aimed at monitoring the conduct of examination processes in private universities and colleges.
The visit aimed to audit the official core records (Master Sheets) in accordance with the University Examination Management Guide for undergraduate studies for the academic year. It also sought to assess the accuracy of procedures adopted in documenting grades, as well as the extent to which academic and administrative departments adhere to ministerial regulations governing the examination process.
The committee delegation was headed by Asst. Lect. Ali Jawdat Kadhim and Asst. Lect. Ziad Hikmat Tobia. The committee commenced its work by conducting comprehensive and detailed reviews of examination records, including data entry mechanisms, verification processes, and the level of organization and control in maintaining records. Additionally, the review included matching recorded results with official approved forms.
This visit comes as part and parcel of the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to reinforce principles of integrity and reliability in academic performance, strengthen quality assurance and institutional accreditation requirements in Iraq, and ensure a robust educational environment aligned with both national and international standards.
