Under the patronage of the President of Al-Zahraa University for Women, Professor Dr. Zainab Al-Sultani, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Al-Khafaji, the Department of Cosmetology and Laser Technologies organized a scientific workshop titled “Marketing.” The session was delivered by Teaching Assistant Fatima Ahmed Imran, as part of the College’s ongoing efforts to enhance students’ practical skills and align them with labor market demands.
The workshop explored marketing as an integrated strategic process based on planning and execution, aimed at analyzing customer needs and understanding consumer behavior to deliver services and products that meet expectations with efficiency and professionalism. It also highlighted modern promotional techniques and effective methods for reaching target audiences, contributing to wider outreach and successful outcomes.
The session emphasized that marketing is a cornerstone in building successful projects, given its vital role in achieving customer satisfaction, enhancing competitiveness, and ensuring business sustainability—particularly in the rapidly evolving fields of cosmetology and laser technologies.
