As part of a series of charitable bazaars organized by the colleges of Al-Zahraa University (A.S.) for Women, in alignment with the “1,000 Dinar for Giving” campaign, the College of Engineering and Information Technology inaugurated its charity bazaar in cooperation with the Warith Fund, in support of children battling cancer. The event witnessed active participation from the college’s departments, particularly the Department of Architecture Engineering.
The bazaar was attended by the University President, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Sultani, along with her assistants, the Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Ghaidaa Al-Mulla, as well as academic and administrative staff, in addition to students from various colleges. The scene reflected a strong spirit of cooperation and humanitarian engagement within the academic community.
The event was distinguished by the display of handmade crafts, artistic works, and a variety of products presented by the students, showcasing their skills and creativity, and reflecting their dedication to supporting a noble humanitarian cause.
This activity aligns with the college’s commitment to promoting humanitarian work and supporting the most vulnerable groups, by engaging students in volunteer initiatives that foster values of giving and social responsibility, and reinforce a culture of charity—contributing to the development of a conscious generation capable of making a positive impact on society.
