As part of its efforts to strengthen institutional awareness and improve the academic work environment, the College of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Zahraa University for Women, in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Division, organized a scientific workshop titled “ISO Fundamentals and Its Role in Enhancing Institutional Performance.”

The workshop was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Raghad Ahmed Hussein, who presented the basic concepts of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards and highlighted their importance in improving institutional efficiency and achieving quality across various administrative and academic fields.

The session targeted both students and staff members of the College and witnessed notable engagement from attendees. It contributed to promoting a culture of quality and encouraging the application of international standards within the university work environment.

This activity is part of a series of scientific events organized by the College to develop institutional skills and elevate performance standards in line with modern quality requirements.
