Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Atheer Nadhim Hussein, held an expanded meeting with department heads and faculty members dedicated to discussing preparations for the final examinations, as part of efforts to establish a comprehensive examination environment that ensures smooth performance and accurate organization.

The meeting addressed the mechanisms for providing the logistical and technical requirements necessary for the conduct of the examination process in all departments, in addition to emphasizing the readiness of examination halls and the provision of essential requirements, in accordance with the approved instructions and regulations.

During the meeting, the Assistant Dean emphasized the importance of integration and cooperation between the academic departments and the teaching staff, as well as the necessity of adhering to the specified schedules and examination instructions, in a manner that contributes to the success of the examination process and the achievement of a sound academic environment.
