Under the patronage of the President of Al-Zahraa University (PBUH) for Women, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Noor Hatif Al-Dabbagh, the College of Pharmacy organized a development workshop entitled:
“Stress Management Skills and Turning Pressure into Positive Motivation,” targeting the college’s students with the aim of enhancing psychological balance and developing skills for dealing with daily challenges.
The workshop was presented by Assistant Lecturer Noor Mohammed Raslan, who discussed the most important practical methods for managing psychological and academic stress, as well as ways to transform tension into positive energy that contributes to improving performance and self-confidence.
The workshop also focused on the importance of psychological awareness in the university environment and the role of positive thinking in overcoming challenges, while providing a set of guidelines and techniques to help students organize stress and deal with it in a healthy and balanced manner.
The workshop witnessed active participation from students through discussions and interventions, in an atmosphere aimed at strengthening psychological support and building a more stable and motivating educational environment.
