Under the auspices of the University President Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, the Public Relations Division of the Department of Media and Government Communication, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center, organized a specialized training course titled "Etiquette, Hospitality, and Reception" The session was delivered by international trainer Mr. Firas Ali Sami.
The course explored the primary rules and methodologies adopted in the arts of social engagement and etiquette. Through both theoretical and practical modules, the program focused on the concepts of etiquette and protocol, the arts of reception, and hospitality norms, alongside formal engagement mechanisms, effective communication skills, and building positive institutional impressions.
Furthermore, the training featured practical applications and simulation models that contributed to cultivating the participants' skills, raising their efficiency, and reinforcing their capacity for professional conduct across diverse situations.
This course is part of the department's efforts to enhance the culture of professional interaction and develop the communication and reception skills of the university's staff. By organizing qualitative training programs, ZUW aims to develop human capabilities, elevate administrative performance, and consolidate an integrated university ecosystem built on professionalism and excellent communication.
