Imam Hussein Holy Shrine organised a specialised course in Institutional Strategic Planning at Al-Kawthar Centre for Continuing Education, affiliated with Al-Zahraa University for Women. It bears noting that the said event comes as part and parcel of ongoing efforts to enhance strategic identity and achieve current and future objectives.
The course was delivered with the support of an international trainer and aimed at developing the capacities of heads of departments from universities and hospitals, as well as heads of strategic departments within Imam Hussein Holy Shrine. Besides, the Department of Education, Dar Al-Warith for Printing and Publishing, the Strategic Studies Centre, Fadak Date Palm Farm, and the Karbala Centre for Studies and Research.
The five-day course addressed a range of key topics, most notably the fundamentals of strategic planning, strategic identity, and the diagnosis and evaluation of strategic plans.
