The Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance, headed by the Director of the Quality Assurance Department, Eng. Hawra Karim Al-Hanoun at Al-Zahra University (peace be upon her) held a coordination meeting that complemented a series of frequent meetings with the heads of scientific departments, heads of the branches (of scientific departments), and members of the quality liaison in the different colleges of the university. This meeting aims to prepare ways to spread and enhance the culture of quality, to receive ministerial mandates for the performance evaluation system, to follow up the quality of laboratories, to discuss achievement and development rates, as well as to study and analyze the gap based on weaknesses and to find solutions to address and overcome them. The fundamental philosophy of the Council of the Quality Assurance Department, represented by the President of the University, Prof. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani is that the quality and institutional accreditation are of great importance in supporting and evaluating the ways to acquire scientific, professional and performance sobriety at the university. At the end of the meeting, the director of the department praised the great efforts made by all the staff to implement the quality systems in the university. It is worth noting that Al-Zahra University (peace be upon her) for women, continues to work according to its educational and academic scientific approach to achieve progress and advancement in the scientific and practical aspects to serve and contribute at its best in the interest of the society and the nation as a whole.
